Project Goal:

The “Communication & Career” project aims to empower young people to successfully build and develop their careers by improving their business communication skills and professional résumé writing.

Expected Results:

1. Development of curricula for two trainings:
   • (1) Business Communication Skills
   • (2) CV/Resume Writing
2. Creation of training materials for both programs.
3. Project website and social media profiles.
4. Promotional activities through media and digital channels.
5. Implementation of two training sessions in two cities (Negotin and Kladovo).
6. Evaluation of participants after the training sessions.
7. Writing and publishing of project-related articles.
8. Development of a project sustainability plan.

Sustainability:

Development of digital training materials to be published on the project’s website and shared online without restrictions or usage fees.

Ongoing collaboration with high schools from the Bor District.
