Regulation on types of goods

From January 1st 2024, Serbia applies the “Regulation on types of goods for which buyers are obligated to implement environmental aspects in public procurement procedures”. According to the adopted rulebook, buyers are obliged to apply environmental aspects in public procurement procedures for the following goods: Photocopier paper, Computer equipment, Office electronic equipment, Air conditioners, Cleaning products.
